A youth outdoor track club at Timberline High School for Elementary and Junior High runners — practices Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, building toward the West Coast Championships in Spokane.
Why running
Every training session plants a small win, so runners show up on race day already knowing they can finish.
Coaches, classmates, and family cheer squads — SoleKIDs is a team sport built around a community.
Stretching, hydration, nutrition, and moving twice a week — habits that outlast the season itself.
The program
SoleKIDs DASH runners practice Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at Timberline High School, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM (or until twilight, if the sun sets first). The season kicks off November 16 and runs through the West Coast Championships in Spokane — likely the week of February 15, though the exact date is still TBD.
We take the week of December 21 off for Christmas. The week of December 28 is off too, unless at least 5 runners want to keep training — we'll survey families ahead of time to decide.
Registration is a $100 base, with optional add-ons: a uniform for $50 and a USATF membership for $35. Pick and choose what you need — USATF membership is only required for the Pocatello meet.
New for this season
A fresh red, white, and blue kit for the DASH team — singlet and shorts, with the DASH wordmark on the front. Add it to your registration for $50.
Where we train
Every DASH practice is held right here — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 4:00 to 5:30 PM, from November 16 through the West Coast Championships in Spokane.
